Privacy Policy

Urban Hostel & Apartments considers the guests’ privacy to be of utmost importance. Committed to earning the trust of every single guest, we confidentially handle every piece of information that we receive. Every personal information that we receive like name, address, e-mail address or phone number is kept safely, and it is intended exclusively for our internal use.

Check-In/Check -out Policy

  • Check-In is at 14:00 / 2:00 PM
  • Check-out is at 12:00 / 12:00 PM
Early Check-In and Late Check-Out is subject to availability, and it should be confirmed by the Reception Desk. The early Check-In is from 09:00 / 9:00 AM, and late Check-Out is until 14:00 / 2:00 PM. Before and after these hours, the guests will have to pay additional fees.

Charges

All the prices that are displayed here include:
  • Tourist Tax
  • VAT
  • Complementary Coffee and Tea
  • Unlimited Wi-Fi
  • Towels and Toiletries

Children Policy

All children are welcome. Children up to 6 years are staying for free. Children between 6 and 10 years pay 7€ per night, and children between 10 and 16 years pay 10€.

Pets Policy

We are pet friendly place, and all pets are welcome. Your furry friends stay free of charge.

Cancellation

  • Guests can cancel free of charge up to 2 days prior to the arrival.
  • Guests will be charged 50% of the reservation if they cancel 1 day prior to the arrival
  • Guests will be fully charged if they cancel 24 hours prior to the arrival, or in a case of a no show

Modification

We understand that plans change, and sometimes guests need to modify their existing reservation. In that case we are allowing you to modify your reservation free of charge, if there are conditions for that.

Rules

Every guest is obliged to respect the house rules:
  • Respect the neighbors’ privacy
  • No loud noises after 22:00 / 10:00 PM
  • The interior must be kept as it is
  • No additional guests in the apartment, except those who have existing reservation
In case of any damages, we keep the right of charging the guest by cash or credit/debit card. In case the guests do not want to pay for the damages, we have the right to call the appropriate authorities (Police) for the issue to be resolved.
